Driveways and Parking Areas
Customers are responsible for where the trailer is to be placed. Customers are also responsible to plan for sufficient room for parking of the trailer. We do not allow for parking of trailers on streets or sidewalks. We are not responsible for any property damages such as lawns, fences, and shrubbery.
Delivery Times and Guarantees
Delivery can be scheduled Monday through Friday. Because of weather conditions, traffic conditions, or other conditions outside of our control, we can not guarantee specific delivery times. We provide "Same Day" delivery as long as the order has been processed by 12:00pm EDT.

Dumpster Tips

Placement on a Public Right-of-Way
  • We do NOT place the dumpster is on a public roadway or right-of-way.
  • Customer affirms that any right-of-way provided by the customer for the roll-off container is sufficient to bear the weight of all contractors’ equipment and vehicles required to perform the contracted service. The customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces, lawn and entire container placement site. We are not responsible for any damages to any private pavement or accompanying subsurface of any route necessary to perform the services contained herein and shall not be responsible for overhead objects such as electrical wire, overhanging rooflines or leaves, trees, etc.
  • Dumpster Placement
  • Make sure that the driver will have plenty of room to drop off and pick up the dumpster . No vehicles or other material can be blocking the dumpster.
Dry Run Charge
Do not block the container the day of pick-up and please allow enough room for a safe pick-up. If the pick-up date of your debris box needs to change, you must call our office 24 hours before scheduled pick-up date. If driver tries to pick-up box and is not able to due to a schedule change or if blocked, a minimum $50 Dry Run fee will be charged. A relocation fee of $50 will be charged for moving the container on site.
Use of Equipment
Customer is responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your handling of our dumpster, except for normal wear and tear. Customer will not move or alter the dumpster and will take reasonable precautions to prevent others from doing the same. Customer will use the dumpster box only for its intended purpose.

Q: What do I do with the chain and pallet in the bottom of your trailers?

A: Leave the chain and pallet exactly as they are placed. Removal will result in hand-unloading and additional fees.

Q: What areas do you deliver to?

                        A:                 We deliver within Franklin County and up to 5-miles outside of Franklin County. Additional fees apply.    

Q: Can I fill the container with dirt, concrete, or brick?

A: Our containers are not rented out for these types of materials.

Q: When will my container be picked up?

                        A:                 The customer is responsible for calling ahead to arrange a day for pick-up.    

Q: When is my payment due?

A: Payment is due upon receipt of the container.

Q: What is included in the price of using a dumpster?

A: A: Affordable Dumpsters Service includes:
» drop off, within Franklin County
» pick up
» disposal fees

Q: How Much Notice Do You Need To Deliver A Dumpster?

A: We do the best we can to accommodate same day delivery requests. It is not always possible, but, generally, to increase your chances of same day service you should plan to order before 12pm. After that you should expect your delivery the following business day. To ensure delivery when needed we suggest calling a day or two ahead.

Q: What If I Need To Change or Cancel My Order?

A: If you need to change or cancel your order, please call before your scheduled delivery.

Q: Can I Move Dumpster?

                        A:                  NO! Please never attempt to move a dumpster container on your own. Please call us. And any and all damages cause by customer moving container is their responsibility to pay.

Q: What if I only want the dumpster for less than 5 days, is it cheaper?

A: We do not price by days used but rather aggressively price our services to provide you the most convenient dumpster rental for an affordable price.

Q: Do I need to be home or at the job site when you of deliver or pick up the dumpster?

A: If you are paying by credit card, you are not required to be present when the dumpster is delivered or picked up.

Q: Do you deliver or pick up dumpsters on Saturday or Sunday?

A: No. Saturdays are used for other work things deemed necessary to keep the business running for the next week.

Q: How full can I fill my dumpster?

                        A:                  You may fill the dumpster completely full but the material must not exceed the top edge of the dumpster. By law, we are required to tarp each load for transport, so all materials must fit INSIDE your dumpster. Excess debris must be removed by the customer before the container will be removed from the site. Customers will be charged for a dry run to make a second trip to collect a dumpster that was uncollectible.    
 
   
   

Q: What is deemed the 3 or 5 day rental?

A: The days are for every day, it is not working days or business days, but every day. If you 3rd or 5th day falls on the weekend, as long as it is picked up on Monday, no extra cost will incur.
5 day rental delivered on Monday is due back Saturday; Tuesday to Sunday; Wednesday to Monday; Thursday to Tuesday; Friday is until Wednesday
3 day rentals are Monday is due back Thursday; Tuesday to friday; Wednesday to Saturday; Thursday to Sunday; Friday is until Monday

Q: What if the u come for delivery or removal and I am not ready or its not big enough?

A: If our driver arrives on the scheduled delivery or pick up date and you do not want the dumpster dropped off or removed, an additional dry run fee will be added to your order for the trip charge. To avoid this, please call us as soon as you know you need to change your drop or pick up date. If we attempt to deliver you a dumpster and you don’t want the size you ordered a dry run charge will apply.

Q: What if I need another dumpster?

                        A:       If the container you have rented has filled-up but your project/need is not completed, you will need to rent another dumpster. You will be charged for the additional dumpster.
