Q: What do I do with the chain and pallet in the bottom of your trailers?
A: Leave the chain and pallet exactly as they are placed. Removal will result in hand-unloading and additional fees.
Q: What areas do you deliver to?
A: We deliver within Franklin County and up to 10-miles outside of Franklin County. Additional fees apply.
Q: How high may I fill the container up to?
A: Our containers are to be filled no higher than the top level of the container being filled.
Q: Can I fill the container with dirt, concrete, or brick?
A: Our containers are not rented out for these types of materials.
Q: When will my container be picked up?
A: The customer is responsible for calling ahead to arrange a time for pick-up.
Q: When is my payment due?
A: Payment is due upon receipt of the container.
Driveways and Parking AreasCustomers are responsible for where the container is to be placed. Customers are also responsible to plan for sufficient room for parking of the trailer. We do not allow for parking of trailers on streets or sidewalks. We are not responsible for any property damages such as lawns, fences, and shrubbery.
Delivery Times and GuaranteesDelivery can be scheduled Monday through Friday. Because of weather conditions, traffic conditions, or other conditions outside of our control, we can not guarantee specific delivery times. We provide "Same Day" delivery as long as the order has been processed by 12:00pm EDT.
